This privacy policy applies to all visitors and customers using or accessing this web site. It describes how I use and process your personal data, hopefully provided in a readable and transparent manner. I do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law. I do not store personal information on the computer or any server, except your emails, which I delete every 5 years, and invoices, which I am legally obliged to keep for book keeping purposes for 10 years.

I do not collect any personalized data automatically (i.e. through cookies). I only collect data via contact forms available on the website and emails you send me. I use the data you’ve sent me to prepare an offer for you.

I do not disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone except my service providers, such as drivers. This information isn’t stored in any way and it is only used for tour organization purposes. I may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. If I am ever to engage in any onward transfers of your data with third parties for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized, I will provide you with an opt-out choice to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data.

Typically the data will be your email address, name and surname. For paying customers, this will also include payment history. I might ask you for your date of birth and passport details. You can also request “to be forgotten” and I will erase any personally identifiable data I have about you. Of course, this excludes data I need for administrative or security purposes or if I am required by law to retain some of the data. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his/her query to jelena@tourguide-split.com. I will respond within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed one week.

Should any event occur where customer data has been lost, stolen, or potentially compromised, my policy is to alert the customers via email no later than 48 hours of becoming aware of the event. I will also report such incident to any required data protection authority. I will work closely with any customers affected to determine next steps such as any end-user notifications, needed patches, and how to avoid any similar event in the future.

Monri WSPay SYSTEM DATA PROTECTION

We use Monri WSPay for online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures the buyer and the merchant with the secure card data entry and transfer, which is also confirmed by PCI DSS certificate. Monri WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

Monri WSPay, being the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulations for data transfers.

Monri WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.

Monri WSPay does not process or use these personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization and the payment.

Monri WSPay ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.
